Please read these terms carefully before using the tb44 platform. This document sets out the legal basis for use of the service between you and us.

Introduction & Acknowledgement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the tb44 platform and its user ("you" or "member"). By using the tb44 website (https://tb44.lat) or any of its services, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform. tb44 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by Bangladeshi law. In the event of any dispute, applicable Bangladeshi law and the judicial jurisdiction under it shall apply.

Account Eligibility

Age & Identity

To open an account and use the tb44 platform you must be 21 years of age or older. Accounts for minors ("for ages 21+ only") are prohibited. You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.

tb44 may request additional documents (national ID card, passport, etc.) at any time for identity verification purposes. tb44 reserves the right to suspend certain services until verification is complete.

Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.

Geographic Restrictions

You confirm that you are not accessing the platform from any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law. Full responsibility for complying with local laws in your location rests with you.

Account Security

The security of your account is your own responsibility. Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and do not share them with any third party. tb44 will not disclose your account information to anyone — however, if someone accesses your account using your credentials, the responsibility lies with you.

  • Create a password that is difficult to guess and change it regularly.
  • If you notice any suspicious login or activity, contact support immediately.
  • Transferring or selling your account to another person is prohibited.
  • Log out properly after accessing your account, especially on shared devices.

tb44 uses SSL encryption and other technical safeguards as reasonable security measures. However, no transmission of data over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted on the tb44 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). No other methods are supported at this time.

Limits & Timeframes

The following limits apply to all payment methods:

  • Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method)
  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳800
  • Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours

Before processing a withdrawal request, tb44 will verify identity and confirm that wagering requirements have been met. The verification process may take additional time.

Source of Funds

You confirm that the funds used for deposits are your own and come from a legitimate source. Transactions linked to money laundering or any illegal activity will be cancelled immediately and reported to the relevant authorities.

Depositing or withdrawing through a third-party account is strictly prohibited. This may result in account closure.

Bonus & Promotional Terms

Welcome Bonus

tb44 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳12,000 adds the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total of ৳17,000.

Wagering Requirement

A 10× (ten times) wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount — on the bonus amount only, not the combined deposit and bonus. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. All bonus offers may have a specific validity period, which will be stated on the relevant promotion's detail page.

Bonus Usage Rules

  • A welcome bonus is granted only once per account.
  • Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings from the bonus are withdrawable after the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
  • If tb44's system detects any bonus abuse or fraud, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
  • VIP members can enjoy weekly cashback benefits according to their tier: up to 0.5% at Bronze tier, up to 1.0% at Silver tier, and up to 1.5% weekly cashback at Gold tier.

Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

tb44 is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. The games on the platform are operated by certified game providers (Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, Ezugi, etc.) and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair outcomes.

Strictly Prohibited Activities

  • Using any type of bot, script, or automated software to operate games.
  • Accessing or hacking another user's account without authorization.
  • Running multiple accounts or using associates' accounts to claim bonus benefits.
  • Intentionally exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the system for personal gain.
  • Harassing, discriminatory, or offensive behavior toward other players.
  • Registering an account with false information or impersonating another person.

If any of the above activities are proven, tb44 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account and forfeit the associated balance.

Intellectual Property & Content Rights

All content on the tb44 website — logos, designs, text, graphics, software interfaces, and other elements — is the intellectual property of tb44 or its licensors. Copying, distributing, modifying, or using any part of this content for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited.

The intellectual property of game content belongs to the respective game developers (such as Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft). tb44 acts solely as an authorized distribution platform for these games.

Responsible Gaming

tb44 gives the highest priority to responsible gaming. Play for entertainment, not as a reliable way to earn money. tb44 provides users with the option to use deposit limits, bet limits, and self-exclusion services.

Account Closure & Termination

Closure at the User's Request

You may permanently close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance before the account is closed.

Closure at tb44's Initiative

tb44 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms.
  • Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
  • Opening an account with false or incomplete information.
  • An order from a court or government authority.
  • Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (in accordance with policy).

The balance of an account closed due to a breach of these Terms — including or separate from bonuses — may be forfeited.

In brief: your personal information is not sold to third parties. It may be used where necessary for service operations (such as payment processors and identity verification services) and in cases of legal obligation.

Amendment of Terms

tb44 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via their registered email or a site notification. Amended Terms take effect from the date of publication, and continued use of the platform after publication will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
